omg definitely hawiai to start its beach and nature and sense its cheaper you have more money to spend hawiai has so much to do i dont know about you but i choose beach over mountains any day im 14 so for a teen i would say hawiai would be way more fun PLUS there are so many bugs in the mountains and there is no beach to tan on who wants to swim in a dirty lake gross.References : Was this answer helpful?
