I would avoid going to a lot. You can find plenty of great cheap cars on GovernmentAuctions.org They are a gov auinocts website that has listing for seized and surplus cars for the entire USA. There are thousands of listings for the east coast alone. You could give them a shot and probably find something that you like. There are a lot of newer cars out there as well. This cuts out the car dealer which isn’t a bad thing.
